Please check in at the ticket booth on each visit to receive your entry ticket. Then proceed to the appropriate queue line.

Bearer must present a government issued photo ID to redeem. Guests under 16 years of age must have the purchasing adult present to redeem.

Limited to one tour per season pass holder per date.

Season Passes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred once used. There is a service charge to replace lost or damaged Season Pass cards.

Participation at FrightWorks is not recommended for those who have heart conditions, are pregnant, have asthma, are epileptic, or have other physical or mental health conditions that could be aggravated by a frightening environment. Strobe lights and fog machines are in use.

FrightWorks Haunted House is not recommended for children under 12 and parental discretion is advised. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Carried infants and toddlers are not allowed for safety reasons.

EscapeWorks LLC, FrightWorks Haunted House and/or any of the FrightWorks Haunted House’s sponsors/supporters are not responsible for any loss, stolen and/or damaged possessions of patrons while on the premises of FrightWorks Haunted House. FrightWorks makes all possible reasonable efforts to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for its patrons; however, the nature of this event may produce certain neglectful behavior in a very small percent of its attending patrons. The above mentioned entities are NOT liable for personal injury due to neglectful behavior of patrons such as running, horseplay and/or any other forms of unsafe behavior (either within or outside the attraction) on the part of the patrons that could result in injury.
